Red Wine, Fruit Juice for white cotton or linen:

Pour boiling water through the stain from a height of about 60cms.

Removing Bubble Gum

To remove Bubble Gum from clothing, place the garment in the freezer. Once the gum has hardened, it should peel off cleanly

Sweat

Pre-treat the stain with a paste of washing powder/liquid, leaving it to soak overnight, before washing normal.

Zippers

To make a zipper slide up and down more smoothly, rub a bar of soap over the teeth.
